DEPOSIT  Before FARNUM & CHRIST can guarantee confirmation of any reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee plus a $50 booking fee is required, payable by check or credit card. In the event of cancellation, the $50 booking fee is a non-refundable service charge. Without written cancellation notice 45 days prior to arrival, deposit is non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY  Upon confirmation of the reservation, FARNUM & CHRIST will issue an invoice with balance due.  Final payment on this invoice must be received at least 45 days prior to the commencement of rental period. Within 45 days final payment is non-refundable. Amount of final payment is subject to exchange rate at time of invoicing. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  The liability of FARNUM & CHRIST, or its agents, shall be limited to the amount of any rentals and deposits paid.  In no event shall FARNUM & CHRIST, or its agents, be liable for consequential damages. F & C reserves the right to offer alternative properties of similar quality, size, price. Rates are subject to change without notification.

ACCESS TO PROPERTIES   Our London affiliates will meet arrivals at the property or keys will be mailed out prior to departure. Special arrangements may be required for holiday, weekend, or evening arrivals. Access is not guaranteed before 1pm.  Only names and number of people on the booking form may occupy the property.

CLEANING/LAUNDRY Properties are professionally cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. An allowance of towels and sheets are provided. Any additional cleaning may be arranged at a rate of £7/hour and paid directly to the cleaner.

AMENITIES   Properties are equipped with linen, china, glass, telephone, TV unless noted. In some properties washcloths may not be available.

TRANSFERS  Those clients using our drivers will be provided with phone numbers allowing them to communicate delays at airports on arrival within the airport.  Whilst every effort will be made not to charge supplements for delays within the airport, beyond 30 minutes some charges for waiting may be necessary.

SECURITY/TELEPHONE DEPOSIT  A security/telephone deposit in the amount of $200 USD is held separately against damage breakages and use of the telephone. Outgoing calls are metered by British Telecom. These costs are deducted from the amount of deposit and returned within 14 to 28 days of departure. In the event that damage to the property exceeds the amount of deposit, the client will be the responsible party. Security deposit is by separate check made payable to Farnum & Christ and is due with final payment. CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO COVER ANY ADDITIONAL TELEPHONE AND/OR DAMAGE CHARGES ABOVE THE $200 DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
